Nimble has placed 2nd out of 10,000 businesses in the 2019 Natwest #Powerup Index.
The NatWest 2019 #PowerUp Index is a ranking of the best and brightest startups and entrepreneurs. Natwest identified 100 leading entrepreneurs participating in their accelerator programme between April 2018 and March 2019.
These 100 businesses reflect the key aspects of their accelerator programme, which focuses on the performance of these businesses and the main driver that makes them thrive – the entrepreneurs themselves.
At Nimble, we are the makers of plant-based cleaning products which are tough on stains but safe for babies.
“I started in 2015 with a product named Milk Buster,” says Von, founder of Nimble Babies, who previously worked for Unilever. “But after a while, I realised that the business needed a wider range to thrive, so I set out to expand what we do.” Today, there are three products in various sizes, and Von recently achieved a significant business milestone.
It’s an exciting time for Von— he’s currently steering his business through an important growth phase, with Sainsbury’s set to stock the brand from the end of this year. He has more products in the works, and is even basking in a little fame and glory due to an appearance on the BBC programme The Customer Is Always Right. In the episode, Nimble had the highest score and won!
