These terms and conditions are for nimble cares Instagram Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
The Prize Draw is organised by 5L2F Limited of 1 Elmfield Park, Bromley, Greater London, United Kingdom BR1 1LU.
You must be a resident of the UK to enter the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw is free to enter.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
Only one entrant per household is permitted.
Three winners will be chosen from entries made during the Prize Draw period.
The winners will receive, unless otherwise stated, 2 x Moisturising Hand Sanitiser 60 ML, 2 x Multi-Purpose Antibacterial Cleaner 500 ML, 2 x Non-Bio Laundry Detergent 1 L and 2 x Fabric Softener 1 L. The winners will be able to choose the fragrance-free or scented options. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
Entry must be made before 23:59 GMT on the last day of the Prize Draw, as stated. The draw will be made within 10 days of the Prize Draw closing.
The winner will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram, within 10 days of the draw date.
In order to provide the evidence that a Prize Draw has taken place and a winner has been selected, the winner agrees that their Instagram username can be displayed in future Terms & Conditions, on a winner announcement Instagram post, or via direct user-interaction with other social media users.
If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
Employees of 5L2F Limited, its suppliers, agents, distributors and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.
The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
