FAQs
How often will I receive my Nimble products?
Our subscriptions renew every 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, allowing you to choose whichever option works best for you. Once you’ve selected your preferred option, we will charge your card and dispatch your first Nimble order. Your next orders will be charged and dispatched 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months (depending on your subscription preference) after your last order date.
Can I save money by subscribing?
Yes, you instantly get 5% savings on subscribed products.
Can I apply a discount code to my subscription?
Most discount codes are allowed to be used on our subscriptions, but they only apply to the first order and not the repeat orders.
How can I cancel or modify my subscription?
To cancel or change an existing subscription, simply login to your customer account and click on the ‘Manage Subscription’ button. You can then select either ‘Cancel’ or ‘Edit’ to make changes to your subscription details, update your payment details or cancel future orders. If you’d like to talk to us directly about altering your subscription, you can email us and we’ll be glad to help. Please note that a subscription cancellation can only apply after the second billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription after an order has already been dispatched, you will still be charged but all future orders will be cancelled, and you will not be charged again.
What if I change my mind?
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations you can cancel your subscription and return your purchase to us within 14 days of starting your subscription for a refund. Please note that the item(s) must be returned to us unopened. It is your responsibility to pay for any costs incurred with returning the order to us. We may make deductions from any refund due, if the items returned have been used or are damaged in any way when we receive them.
Can I skip a subscription?
We understand that sometimes you might need to pause or skip a subscription on occasion. You can do this by logging into your account, selecting ‘Delivery Schedule’ and clicking into the delivery you would like to skip. If you prefer, you can also contact us directly via email.
How can I update my payment information?
You can update your payment information by logging into your account on our website. If you require assistance at any point, please get in touch via email and we’ll be glad to help.
How is payment taken for my subscription?
We can only accept payment by credit or debit card. We do not currently accept payment by PayPal for subscription orders.
How can I make a Returns or Exchange?
We’re unable to offer exchanges or refunds on subscription orders unless there’s a fault or defect with a product. Please contact us directly via email if you wish to notify us about a fault with your subscription. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Why did you cancel my subscription?
We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at any time. In exceptional circumstances, we may cancel a subscription if a product is discontinued. If this happens, we’ll get in touch to let you know. If your subscription has been cancelled without any correspondence from us, please get in touch with us directly.
